We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the great workmanship upon the completion of our finished basement.

While searching for a company to do our work we were most concerned with three aspects of this process

The professionalism of the workers:  We were pleased to find that all who participated in this project were friendly, polite, and professional.  The team was very accommodating to our family’s schedule with two young children and all were quick to check to see if work times were convenient while making sure that our daily routines were not interfered with.  All of this over the course of a 10-12 week period.

 The conception and design of the project:  From the beginning conversations of what this project would or could be, to the uncertainty of what our preferences might be to the final selection of tile and carpet, American Home Improvements was always willing and open to discuss our options.  Most importantly they offered professional suggestions that in the long run were the right decisions for the look we were trying to achieve.

The quality and finished product.  Beautiful and perfect are the words that describe our finished basement.  From the framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, painting, tile work, ceiling, lighting, cabinetry and carpeting – all were completed perfectly without doubt or re-work.  

The true testimonial to our finished basement is the compliments that we have received from family and friends.  We have had numerous people ask us if they could move into our basement.  Fortunately, due to the workmanship and look, we are sure that all of them are quite serious.  Time will tell if we say yes to any of them.

Chuck recently completed a bathroom remodel for us. We felt like Chuck’s top priority was to complete the job exactly to our specifications. Chuck and Matt came out to our home on at least a half dozen occasions to help us in the planning and coordination of two bathrooms and a laundry room remodel.
